The lodge is located right by the lake, which is a huge plus for anyone looking to enjoy stunning views and easy access to water activities. The dining area offers a fantastic outdoor experience, though I found the room itself to be quite outdated and noisy. Overall, it's a great place to visit for a meal by the water, but staying overnight might not be worth the price.

My recent visit to Sunnyside was a wonderful experience overall with stunning views of Lake Tahoe that truly enhance your dining experience. The restaurant serves delicious food, particularly their fish tacos and crab cakes, which were exceptional. While the dining atmosphere was relaxed and cozy, the pricing is on the higher side, reflecting the quality of the meals. The service was attentive without being intrusive, making the meal enjoyable. However, not getting to stay at the lodge this time was a bit disappointing, as it seems like a great place to enjoy time with family or friends.
